Leonard A Marshall Jr.

Former LSU Tiger, Leonard Marshall is a seasoned business executive committed to personal and professional excellence. Following an illustrious 13-year career as an NFL defensive lineman (New York Giants, Jets, and Redskins), including 3 Pro Bowls and 2 Super Bowl Championships, Mr. Marshall parlayed his education, skills, and charisma into the world of business. He honed his business acumen in the financial markets particularly with mergers and acquisitions while serving on the board of a major NASDAQ financial services firm. Mr. Marshall continued on to Co- Found and serve as Chairman/CEO of Pro Star Athletic, a licensed Sports apparel company which manufactured merchandise in Korea, China, Turkey, and other countries abroad. After a successful exit, Leonard pivoted his focus to Real Estate construction and development, which he remains active in today. Additionally, he received a Masters in business finance from Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business. 
 
In addition to being a Y2K NFL Hall of Fame nominee and a La. Sports Hall of Fame Inductee 2008, Mr. Marshall has been awarded national and international prominence for his charitable endeavors. He received the Byron “Whizzer” White Award in 1990, the United Way Lifetime Achievement Award, Miller Lite Man of the Year in 1986, Leukemia Society of America National Chapter’s Board membership and now spokesman for Kids in Distress Situations, Inc. More recently, he’s been involved with Caring for Kids and is re-organizing a football camp at West Boca High School. Since he divides his time between New Jersey and Florida, he also mentors local area high school athletes and works with Care Plus of Paramus, New Jersey. 
 
He’s the proud father of a beautiful daughter Arianna Nicole Marshall a Jr. at Florida Gulf Coast University and Victor M. Nazario a licensed practicing attorney in Florida. He’s married to Ms. Lisa Ann Norcia of New Jersey.
